Introduction
There is now a Pixel Post addon which will migrate all photos and comments to PixyBlog. The addon script will generate an XML file containing all the post and comment details and also a Zip of all the accompanying image files.
Download
The latest version of the Pixel Post addon can be found below. We have currently tested the addon with Pixel Post versions 1.5, 1.7 and 1.7.1.
For information on how to install the addon, see the Pixel Post documentation:

Exporting from Pixel Post
The export from Pixel Post is split into two parts. First, the generation of the XML file, and then the zipping of the images. This has been done because the second part may not be possible for those who have a large number of images on their Pixel Post site. Depending on the server Pixel Post is running on, there may not be adequate memory requirements to execute the zipping of a large number of images. This is not a problem, you can simply download all you images yourself (with an FTP client) and then manually zip the images and the generated XML file into a Zip file named "archives.zip".
Importing to PixyBlog
Now that you have an "archives.zip" file containing the images and "results.xml" file, all that needs to be done is upload this to PixyBlog to complete the import. Login to your PixyBlog account and select your photoblog and go to "Preferences > Import Entries".
If you have any questions or are having difficulties with the process, just contact our support staff or post a question on our discussion forum. We will be happy to help.
