How much does PixyBlog service cost?

Please see our pricing list.

Can I run PixyBlog software on my own server?

Not right now. PixyBlog is a prolific user of open-source and free software and there are plans on releasing a version of the software to run on your own servers, but that's a little further down the line. As well as contributing to the open-source projects which we use, we would like to give something more back and one idea is to release an open-source version of PixyBlog.

Can I import my Pixel Post photoblog into PixyBlog?

Yes, we've migrated several photographers from their Pixel Post site to PixyBlog. The process is thorough, quick and simple. Just follow the steps in our Pixel Post to PixyBlog article.

Can I run my photoblog on my own domain name?

Yes, we encourage our users to use there own domain name, it's better for both of us (read http://wiki.photoblogs.org/wiki/Changing_Your_URL for more information). See our User FAQ for more information.
